Home inspection

The main job. We walk the house — roof to basement — and send a written report with photos within 24 hours.

• Buyers — walk the house before you close.
• Sellers — pre-listing so you know what will show up when the buyer brings their inspector.
• 11-month warranty — new construction, before the builder’s first-year warranty runs out.

Sewer scope

Starting soon. We will camera the sewer line from the cleanout. Price and booking will go on this page when the equipment is ready. Until then, book the home inspection.

What is included

Thermal imaging is part of the home inspection. It is not a separate fee.

What we do not sell yet

Mold sampling and water testing are not on the form. Radon testing is a separate Ohio license. We do not treat, repair, or mitigate.
